Here’s the thing about abuse, and abusive people.
You decide whether their actions towards you are abusive.
You decide whether to remove them from your lives.
None of us are saints.
None of us are demons.
Humans come in shades of grey.
He have different tolerances for how we expect to be treated.
And that can change throughout our lives.
And even the most evil people can have one redeeming thing about them.
They can have friends.
They can treat others differently.
So before you call someone a liar.
Take inventory of your own house.
And ask yourself am I now, and was I before, treated as I should be?
Treated as I deserve to be?
Because you are so loved.
And you deserve better.
And I wish we told people who had not yet woken up to their abuse,
That they were sleeping the whole time.
