Where we elect a convicted criminal as Mayor and execute the mentally ill.
Remember his name: Walter Wallace Jr.
There is no Justice in this forsaken city.
Parker should not be in office.
And Wallace should be alive.
If this city were just.
Philadelphia.
We rehabilitate criminals and addicts.
Feed them.
House them.
Find them jobs.
And leave the sick and disabled, who have committed no crimes, to die on the streets.
Or flat out shoot them like rabid dogs.
